What You’ll Do

Job Summary: Responsible for assisting the HR Manager with all activities related to HR to support the organization, including recruitment, organization development, employee relations, compensation initiatives and HR measurements in purpose of supporting the Sultana Plant.

Job Responsibilities

• Lead employee initiatives such as Eaton Philosophy Work Practices (Communications, Rewards, Performance Management, Employee Selection, Training, Employee Involvement, Compensations & Benefits management).
• Support the deployment of Eaton's culture, policies, vision, goals, values, ethics and leadership model.
• Assist managers and employees in understanding and applying HR tools to improve organization performance through enhanced employee engagement and manager effectiveness while ensuring legal compliance.
