About the Role
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise and support HR staff in performing HR-related functions.
- Oversee recruitment, selection, and onboarding of employees.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Handle employee relations concerns and assist in resolving workplace issues.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
- Monitor attendance, leave management, and payroll coordination.
- Administer employee benefits and government-mandated contributions.
- Assist in implementing performance evaluation and training programs.
- Prepare and submit HR reports to management.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or related field.
