KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES
The selected candidate will join Ferrovial’s Organization & HR Strategy team, contributing to corporate and cross-functional initiatives and supporting the definition and evolution of the Group’s organizational model, HR strategy and transformation projects. This role provides exposure to stakeholders at a group level and Business Units, offering an opportunity to participate in high-impact initiatives that shape the company’s overall evolution.
Organization
Support the analysis and evolution of the Group organizational model.
Assist in reviewing organizational structures, role definitions, and job architecture.
Maintain and document organizational processes and policies within Workday (Organization CoE, Workday Organization module).
Contribute to global headcount monitoring and organizational data analysis.
