Role Description
The purpose of the role is to support a visible and highly proactive local HR service in India to management and staff with advice, information and practical guidance on a range of generalist HR issues including employee relations and employment legislation, recruitment and selection, policy related matters, absence management, pay and benefits and contractual issues.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Commercial Business Partner
- Partnering with stakeholders to ensure a fantastic team environment and managing any HR questions or Employee Relations cases which might arise.
- Partner with business heads on strategic initiatives to support growth and business transformation.
