The post-holder is responsible to provide a robust HR service and support to MET Services Ltd. (cca. employees) Human Resources Manager’s daily operations.
Be responsible for all administration tasks related to the employee life cycleUpdate and manage HR Information Systems dataSupporting daily HR operations by managing employee records, handling onboarding/offboarding, coordinating benefits/payroll data, answering employee queriesSupport the monitoring of the performance evaluation processCoordinate the processes for relocations and transfers including necessary visa applicationsSupport the Group HR Controlling team in terms of reporting, planning and budget trackingSupport the tracking and analysis of personnel costs, payroll, benefits and HR operational expensesProvide monthly, quarterly, and annual HR reportsQualifications
