About the Role
The HR Specialist plays a key role in managing the full employee lifecycle for Employer of Record (EOR) clients and employees across multiple countries. This includes onboarding, responding to employment‑related inquiries, ensuring compliance, and overseeing offboarding procedures.
The position requires continuous collaboration with internal teams, clients, and external partners to deliver seamless HR operations while maintaining compliance with local, national, and international employment laws.
As a subject matter expert in global HR operations, the HR Specialist leads complex cases, drives compliance initiatives, and supports the training and development of new team members. This role partners closely with leadership and clients to deliver strategic HR solutions across multiple regions.
