About the Role
Be responsible for the HR office:
- payroll support / administration and documentation;
- month end closing (payroll) on the 1st day of the month;
- HR reporting;
- prepare/update job descriptions and other HR documentation;
- onboarding plans, training and development of employees;
- job adv and interviews;
- HR budget;
- control of the KPI in HR;
- privacy;
- support other offices.
