Responsibilities
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of labor regulations and ensure legal compliance.
- Act as a trusted partner to company functional leaders on all aspects of human capital
- Manage employee relationship from onboarding to offboarding, including offer letter, contract preparation, visa (work permit) application, orientation, promotion, transfer, demotion, resignation, retirement, coaching, employee grievance, disciplinary action and other related procedures and daily work.
- Manage compensation and benefits based on market competitiveness and government regulations, including timely and accurate run of payroll.
- Implement rules & regulation on environmental protection and safety at workplace.
