Job Summary – Senior Delivery Specialist (BIPO México) Location: Polanco, Mexico City Work modality: On-site with 2 days of remote work per week, CDMX Polanco Reports to: Deputy Country Manager (CDMX) Role type: Client-facing contact window, Project managements Language requirement: Intermediate-advanced English (spoken and written, for reporting and calls) Key Responsibilities: Procced and operate the end-to-end client employee’s hiring process including on boarding & off boarding, work visa , reimbursement process etc. Keeping Client Daliy Communication and Client service delivery as client contact window. Payroll process (monthly, semimonthly, weekly) for multiple clients in Mexico Ensure compliance with local labor, tax, and social security laws in Mexico Collaborate with Clients’ finance, legal, and HR departments to resolve issues, audits, and special requests.
