Language RequirementsJapanese: Fluent levelEnglish: Responsible for supporting end-to-end recruitment and onboarding activities.Utilise a variety of sourcing methods to identify and attract qualified candidatesMaintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records.Coordinate and support onboarding activities for new hires, including monitoring onboarding timelines and tracking deadlines.Support the development and implementation of HR policies and proceduresAssist in performance management processesAssist with additional HR-related tasks and administrative support as required, with specific responsibilities to be defined as needs evolve.
