Summary

We are looking for an HR Project Manager to join our Corporate Support Functions and play a key, transversal role across CLA, Finance, and Corporate Strategy. Positioned at the center of multiple initiatives, this role connects teams, drives alignment, and ensures the consistent delivery of HR priorities with tangible business impact. In this role, you will work closely with HR Business Partners, Global HR teams, and senior stakeholders to translate HR and business strategy into action through analytics, coordination, and hands‑on execution. You will play a central role in core HR processes such as performance management, talent cycles, and salary reviews, acting as a trusted partner and key point of contact for CSF leadership.
