About the Role

What you will enjoy doing
As an HR Project Manager, you will have overall responsibility for the successful management and implementation of a global HR software solution. In this role, you will ensure that the software supports the company's strategic objectives, is implemented consistently across the world, and meets the needs of all stakeholders (employees, managers, IT, HR, business units, and executive leadership).
Take ownership of the project management for our strategic project “UNITE”, which is already underway.

UNITE covers all HR processes across the employee life cycle, employee and organization master data, interfaces, legal requirements, recruiting, learning and development, talent management, onboarding/offboarding, etc.

Coordinate collaboration between regions, implementation partners, and software providers, ensuring transparent communication and information flow.
