About the Role
What You’ll Do
- Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes: sourcing, screening, scheduling, and on boarding.
- Support HR operations including documentation, HRMS updates, and employee records management.
- Help plan and execute employee engagement activities and events.
- Coordinate with managers and employees to support learning & development initiatives.
- Conduct basic research on HR best practices and provide recommendations.
- Assist in preparing HR reports and maintaining compliance with company policies.
What We’re Looking For
- Strong interest in Human Resources, talent management, and people development.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Good organisational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information.
