About the Role
We are seeking a detail-oriented HR & Payroll Executive to manage the end-to-end contractor lifecycle and payroll processing. This role ensures smooth contractor operations, accurate payroll processing, and adherence to local statutory and regulatory requirements.
We have openings for Singapore Payroll and Management Trainees (for recent HR graduates) as well!
Responsibilities
Contractor Management
- Manage the full contractor lifecycle, including onboarding, documentation collection, contract issuance, and orientation.
- Ensure all contractor records are accurate and properly maintained within internal systems.
- Verify eligibility for assignments (e.g. work permits, certifications, background checks) and ensure ongoing compliance with legal and client requirements.
