Responsibilities
- Support hiring and onboarding of new employees
- Set up employees in HR systems (ADP, HR4, benefits, etc.)
- Help administer benefits, RRSPs, and WCB claims
- Maintain accurate and organized employee records
- Support managers with employee questions and situations
- Assist with HR projects like policies, onboarding, and training programs
- Ensure timely and accurate processing of payroll for all employees
Qualifications
- 1-3 years of HR or administrative experience (or strong interest in HR)
- Education in HR, Business, or related field is an asset
- Strong organization and attention to detail
