Main Responsibilities :
Provide accurate information and assistance regarding HR policies, benefits, and HR systems (such as Workday).Manage onboarding and offboarding processes.Prepare monthly payroll data and ensure accuracy of employee information.Collaborate with HR Business Partners and Centres of Expertise for escalations and issue resolution.Support HR program implementation and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.Maintain employee records and data integrity.Create and update materials for the HR self-service portal.Manage case handling through multiple contact channels with efficiency and professionalism.
