HR Operations Senior Manager (Mandarin Speaker)

Overview

This role is a Shared Services Center Human Resources Tower Lead for the HR functions with 90+ employees, driving standardized, optimized and top quartile HR services operations, supporting client from multiple countries in the region, including China and Indonesia. This role will also be driving transformation and streamline operations performance of key HR activities to support global activities, with strong capability to build a highly engaged and productive team. The current HR functions cover payroll, time management, employee data maintenance and compensation & benefit processes.
