The HR Operations & Fulfillment Lead is responsible for managing HR operational processes and workforce fulfillment activities to support business manpower requirements and employee lifecycle management. The role ensures efficient service delivery and strong coordination across HR and Operations teams.

- Oversee daily HR operational support and documentation
- Coordinate workforce fulfillment and deployment activities
- Monitor onboarding and employee movement processes
- Ensure compliance with HR policies and labor standards
