About the Role

Trevi SpA, for an important project in Spain, is looking for a:
HR OPERATIONS ASSISTANT

Responsibilities
Organization of meals and accommodation for site personnel.
Organization of transportation and management of expense reports for site personnel.
Monitoring attendance of site personnel.
Liaising with the labor consultant for the payroll of site personnel.
Organization of mandatory training for site personnel.
Requirements
High school diploma or university degree.
Knowledge of Spanish (minimum level B2/C1).
Knowledge of English (minimum level B2/C1).
Knowledge of Italian will be considered a plus.
The role requires on‑site presence at the project construction site in Spain.
