About the Role
We are looking for an experienced HR Operations Analyst to manage the Hire-to-Retire lifecycle. While you will support recruitment coordination (approx. 20%), your primary focus (80%) will be on Employee Data Management, Vendor Management, and Reporting using SAP SuccessFactors.
Key Responsibilities (Operations & Data):
- HR Systems Management: Manage employee data updates within SAP SuccessFactors (Employee Central, Time & Attendance modules).
- Reporting & Analytics: Generate accurate HR reports using Excel; assist with payroll processing data validation.
- Vendor Management: Act as the liaison for background check (BGC) and immigration vendors to ensure timely pass approvals and case closures.
- Service Delivery: Handle HR inquiries and issue resolution using the SNOW (ServiceNow) ticketing tool.
