[Job Summary]
- Develop and implement HR and Administration strategies aligned with overall business goals.
- Oversee the end-to-end Recruitment process, Manage employee onboarding until offboarding, and internal transfers.
- Maintain and update HR policies in compliance with local labor laws and industry standards
- Collaborate with the compliance and legal teams for HR and Admin related regulatory requirements
- Handle payroll coordination, leave management, and benefits administration.
- Support employee engagement, Performance reviews system (KPI etc.).
- Work closely with Senior Manager and Department heads to support organizational growth plan.
