Responsibilities
- Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions for a newly established setup in Ipoh, building the HR foundation and ensuring all people-related processes run effectively from the ground up.
- Lead the full recruitment lifecycle, with primary focus on hiring engineers and corporate office staff in the Perak region.
- Develop and roll out key HR policies and structure during the first 6–12 months, aligning with the company’s growth roadmap.
- Support and partner with leadership on talent management initiatives, compensation & benefits planning, and HR systems implementation.
- Coordinate with the external payroll provider during the transition period, ensuring timely and accurate payroll support and the eventual internal takeover.
