Key Responsibilities
Human Resources Administration
- Maintain employee and update HR recordsmand databases (201 files), ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
- Prepare employment contracts, job offers, onboarding documents
- Administer onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation and clearances.
- Monitor employee attendance, leave records, and timekeeping reports
- Respond to employee inquiries regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures
- Monitor attendance, leave balances, and timekeeping
- Ensure HR documents are accurate and up to date
- Creating and updating HR policies
Recruitment and Talent Acquisition
- Post job openings and screen candidates
- Finding specialized skills and long-term fit
- Coordinate interviews and hiring processes
- Lead onboarding and orientation for new hires
