The HR Business Partner (Manager) delivers a wide range of HR services to all commissary employees, supporting business goals and enabling sustainable growth through effective people management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Talent Supply Planning: Assists in workforce planning by reviewing staffing proposals, identifying talent gaps, and building relationships with external talent pipelines.
- Performance & Competency Management: Aligns unit objectives with corporate goals, oversees competency frameworks, and manages employee competency assessments.
- Assessment & Selection: Handles candidate screening, assessments, and interviews, and coordinates with other departments to ensure timely and effective onboarding.
