About the Role
Manage and oversee all HR functions for manufacturing, including recruitment, compensation and benefits, employee relations, welfare, performance management, training, and compliance. Partner with department heads to align HR strategies with business goals and ensure consistent communication and understanding of HR objectives. Act as a business partner to line management, improving processes, workforce performance, and employee morale. Maintain positive employee relations through effective communication, engagement activities, union relations, and labor issue management. Oversee employee training and development programs to build capability and meet competency standards.
