Required Skills, Experience, and Qualifications
Must-have:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in human resources, including at least 2 years in a managerial role.
- Comprehensive knowledge of labor laws and HR best practices.
- Strong interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills.
