Responsibilities
1. HR Leadership
- Serve as the site HR leader, providing strategic and operational HR guidance to the Site Manager and leadership team.
- Drive HR initiatives aligned with business objectives, workforce stability, and organizational culture.
- Act as a trusted advisor to management on HR, people, and labor‑related matters.
2. Employee Relations & HR Management
- Oversee the full employee lifecycle including employment documentation, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding.
- Handle employee grievances, investigations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution in accordance with due process.
- Promote a respectful, inclusive, and high-performance workplace culture.
