HR Manager

Responsibilities: 1. HR Leadership Serve as the site HR leader, providing strategic and operational HR guidance to the Site Manager and leadership team. Drive HR initiatives aligned with business objectives, workforce stability, and organizational culture. Act as a trusted advisor to management on HR, people, and labor-related matters. 2. Employee Relations & HR Management Oversee the full employee lifecycle including employment documentation, performance management, employee relations, and offboarding. Handle employee grievances, investigations, disciplinary actions, and conflict resolution in accordance with due process. Promote a respectful, inclusive, and high-performance workplace culture. 3.
