Requirements:

• Proficiency in Mandarin, Bahasa Malaysia, and English (written and spoken).
• Minimum 5 years' experience in HR policy development and KPI setting.
• Diploma / Degree / Professional qualification in Human Resource Management or a related field.
• Able to work independently, proactive, and self-motivated.
• Strong problem-solving skills and able to handle challenging situations professionally.
