Job Description
- Oversee and manage recruitment, selection, and initial evaluation/decision-making
- Oversee and manage employee welfare and benefits
- Prepare and implement annual training plans
- Perform other tasks assigned by supervisors
Qualifications
Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Management, Administration, or related fields
- At least 5 years of work experience
- Able to work well under pressure
- Knowledge of ISO 9001:2015 systems
- Degree in Occupational Health and Safety, or completion of Safety Management Training for Executives
- Working days: Monday–Saturday
