Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
5+ years of HR experience, including leadership or managerial roles Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Proven experience in recruitment, employee relations, and performance management HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office tools Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information professionally Experience in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures
