HR Manager & Admin Manager

The Regional HR & Admin Manager will be responsible for the overall management and continuous development of all HR functions within the Company, covering the following areas:

Lead and execute regional HR strategy across Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia.

Develop and enforce HR policies, frameworks, and compliance standards.

Drive performance management and foster a high-performance culture.

Oversee talent acquisition, workforce planning, and employee engagement initiatives.

Manage compensation, benefits, and annual salary review processes.

Ensure compliance with local labour laws across operating countries.

Provide strategic HR advisory support to management.

Manage the annual HR budget and headcount planning.

Oversee administrative operations for the Malaysia office, including vendor management and cost control.
