Responsibilities
- Lead and execute regional HR strategy across Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia.
- Develop and enforce HR policies, frameworks, and compliance standards.
- Drive performance management and foster a high-performance culture.
- Oversee talent acquisition, workforce planning, and employee engagement initiatives.
- Manage compensation, benefits, and annual salary review processes.
- Ensure compliance with local labour laws across operating countries.
- Provide strategic HR advisory support to management.
- Manage the annual HR budget and headcount planning.
- Oversee administrative operations for the Malaysia office, including vendor management and cost control.
- Review and improve administrative processes, SOPs, and operational efficiency.
- Manage facilities, workplace safety compliance, and company-issued assets.
