About the Role
Our client, a well-established organisation, is seeking to hire a HR Manager.
The position will be based in Ruwais, Abu Dhabi.
This role will be responsible for driving HR initiatives, developing frameworks, and aligning HR strategies with the company’s business objectives.
Role Requirements:
- Lead the setup and implementation of end-to-end HR strategies, policies, and processes
- Manage full lifecycle recruitment, onboarding, retention, and employee engagement initiatives
- Oversee performance management, talent development, succession planning, and employee recognition programs
- Identify training needs and deliver learning initiatives
- Manage rewards, employee records, compliance, and employee relations
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 8-10 years of progressive experience in HR and Administration functions.
