Consult and deliver outcomes for our business stakeholders on their needs associated with Learning and Performance technology platforms.

• Consult on system functionality and capabilities associated with Learning and Performance platforms and provide scalable real solutions to meet the businesses needs in a timely fashion
• Provide governance and guidance to Business Unit Administrators as part of our centralized administration team
• Review and test regular updates delivered by our SaaS platform vendors and ensure we are getting the most from our technology investments
• Partner with IT to find innovative and scalable solutions that meet our business needs and support our go forward learning and performance strategies in the systems we administer
• Support the HR team with the delivery of employee lifecycle programs via or technology platforms
