Job Description Posted On: May 20, 2026 Responsibilities Coordinate end-to-end Learning & Development activities, including training logistics, attendance tracking, session facilitation, and post-training follow-ups.
Facilitate onboarding and foundational learning sessions covering company values, employee engagement, and L&D topics.
Conduct research to improve training materials, activities, learner engagement strategies, and learning content.
Maintain accurate training records, certifications, feedback, and reporting documentation.
Collect, analyse, and report training feedback to identify trends and improve future learning initiatives.
Prepare reports and summaries on training participation, effectiveness, and learning impact.
Support virtual and in-person training operations, including scheduling, logistics, and stakeholder coordination.
Assist in Training Needs Analysis (TNA) by identifying skill gaps and recommending relevant learning opportunities.
