We are seeking a results-driven and culturally adept HR Lead based in the Philippines to support our US-based operations. This role will be instrumental in driving key people initiatives, ensuring compliance with global HR standards, and aligning local execution with the strategic direction of the US team. The successful candidate will act as a bridge between the Philippine HR team and the US site, delivering high-impact HR solutions that support talent, performance, and operational excellence.
