About the Role
We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Intern to join our HR team. This is a hands-on internship where you will work closely with the team and gain end-to-end exposure to core HR functions. - Sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and other channels
- Screening resumes and conducting initial telephonic/virtual interviews
- Coordinating interview schedules between candidates and hiring managers
- Managing offer roll outs and supporting salary negotiation conversations
- Facilitating smooth onboarding and induction for new joiners
