Job Title: Learning & Development Intern
About the Role:
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Learning & Development Intern to support our L&D initiatives. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about people development, learning strategy, and organizational growth. The intern will gain hands-on experience in coordinating, and evaluating learning programs while working closely with the L&D team.
Key Responsibilities:
Support end-to-end coordination of training programs (virtual and in-person)
Manage training calendars, communication, and participant tracking
Support data collection, feedback analysis, and impact reporting
Help in maintaining learning records
Assist in research for new learning trends, tools, and best practices
Coordinate with stakeholders and trainers for smooth program execution
