Job Description
- Responsible for performing the different functions and areas of human resources including but not limited to recruitment, talent development, compensation and benefits, employee relations and engagement, and other tasks that are deemed necessary or as required by the business operation.
- Handles end-to-end recruitment process
- Performs admin tasks that are detrimental to day-to-day operation
- Responsible for the renewal of business permits, licenses, and other related government requirements
Qualifications
- Bachelor of Science in Psychology, Human Resources or other similar course
- Willing to work onsite in Cainta Rizal
