About the Role

Medical Consulting Group, LLC, is seeking an HR Generalist to join our Human Resources team. This generalist role will provide HR administrative support (recruiting, benefits, leave of absence, workers compensation) to clients by performing HR duties in a manner that complements the HR Department and the MCG business strategy. The HR Generalist will work closely with Medical Consulting Group’s HR Business Partners.
Talent Acquisition:
Conducts appropriate screening of potential new hires – testing/employment verifications/background checks
Administers hiring activities for chosen new employees – prepares offer letters, initiates electronic employee self service and/or paper new hire data collection, communicates hiring details internally
Assists with other recruiting/staffing activities/processes such as posting jobs, reviewing applications, updating job descriptions, etc.
