Job Description
- Manage the end to end recruitment process, including job posting, sourcing, screening and interviewing. Conduct thorough background investigation for all new hires to ensured quality and compliance.
- Lead the investigation and processing of employee cases, including the formal issuance of Notice to Explain and Notice of Decision. Serve as direct point of contract for employee concerns.
- Perform regular audit of 201 files to ensure all record are updated, and compliant.
- Facilitate Employee Engagement initiatives, including the planning and execution of company events, seminar and training programs.
Qualifications
- Bachelors degree in Human Resources Management, Psychology, or related field.
- Proven experience as an HR Generalist or in a multi-faceted HR role is preferred.
- Experience in the Retail or E-commerce industry is highly preferred, but not required....
