Your mission, roles and responsibilities

The HR Generalist supports to align the FORVIA people strategy with the local business needs. You will act as an administrative HR expert and be the trusted go‑to partner for the FORVIA employees in your perimeter. You are the strategic partner for your business stakeholders and work on setting priorities, driving values, and delivering business results.

• Act as trusted HR expert for all FORVIA employees in your site
• Manage the organizational structure and the recruitment process for Indirect EE´s
• Manage all operational administrative tasks regarding HR topics
• Execute local and global HR initiatives like employee surveys, Employer Branding initiatives, employee events and culture & change management projects
