About the Role
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING: Provide full spectrum of human resources support including compensation and benefits, payroll, performance management, training, and development Implementation and conduct of training programmes, and Evaluation by using the feedback Responsible for administration and execution of mid-year and annual performance appraisals Provide support in the administration of annual salary adjustments including salary benchmarking and market research Maintain good HR records and filing of personal data, leave records, etc.
Assist to formulate and implement HR policies & procedures in compliance with the Labour Ordinance Support in employment benefits insurance renewal Perform ad-hoc assignments as required.
