In this role, you will support daily HR operations, employee relations, HR compliance initiatives and recruitment processes. You will act as a trusted partner to employees and managers, helping build a positive and productive workplace culture.
Key Responsibilities!
- Manage onboarding processes and employee documentation
- Address employee inquiries and concerns professionally
- Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, screening, and interview scheduling
- Maintain employee records and HR databases, prepare HR reports and analytics
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies
- Update HR policies and procedures, assist in audits and HR process improvement
