Job Description
Hiring and Onboarding
Prepare and/or update personnel files (active and inactive), either physical or electronic as applicable, in accordance with the personnel file policy.
Process site access requests for employees to ensure timely entry.
Deliver the company onboarding presentation, including general site information, during the hiring and induction process, in accordance with company policy.
Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires with the corresponding departments (Quality, Safety, and Operations) in alignment with company policy.
Maintain an inventory of lockers assigned to site personnel and assign lockers to new hires.
