About the Role
Manage personnel operations including contracts, social insurance, labor law compliance, and employee records. Oversee onboarding and offboarding processes. Ensure compliance with Egyptian Labor Law and internal HR policies. Support performance management cycles and appraisal processes. Assist in developing and updating HR policies, procedures, and organizational structures. Conduct Training Needs Analysis (TNA) and coordinate training programs. Support employee engagement and organizational development initiatives. Handle HR reporting and maintain accurate HR data and documentation. Requirements 35 years of overall HR experience. At least 1 year of hands-on experience as an HR Generalist. Good knowledge of Egyptian Labor Law and social insurance. Experience in performance management and employee relations. Strong communication and organizational skills.
