Human Resources Generalist
We are seeking a bilingual HR Generalist with strong payroll and analytical experience to support key HR functions, including payroll (ADP), commissions, benefits administration, and recruitment.
Key Responsibilities
Process weekly/bi-weekly payroll in ADP, including commissions, bonuses, and deductions.
Ensure payroll compliance with labor and tax regulations.
Calculate and validate commission payments.
Administer employee benefits and coordinate with brokers/vendors.
Manage full-cycle recruitment and onboarding.
Maintain employee records and support HR compliance initiatives.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
2–3 years of experience in a similar role.
Proven experience with ADP payroll processing.
