About the Role

ICAP Outsourcing Solutions is growing! We are seeking a proactive and people-oriented HR Generalist to join our team. In this role, you will support daily HR operations, employee relations, HR compliance initiatives and recruitment processes. You will act as a trusted partner to employees and managers, helping build a positive and productive workplace culture!

Key Responsibilities

· Manage onboarding processes and employee documentation

· Address employee inquiries and concerns professionally

· Coordinate recruitment activities, including job postings, screening, and interview scheduling

· Maintain employee records and HR databases, prepare HR reports and analytics

· Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies

· Update HR policies and procedures, assist in audits and HR process improvements
