About the Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and communicative intern who is eager to contribute to impactful HR communications at Lonza. This position offers a unique opportunity to gain hands‑on experience at the intersection of HR, communication, and organizational culture.

What you will do:

  • Support HR Senior Management in preparing, structuring, and refining targeted HR communications for different internal audiences (e.g., HR community, leaders, employees)
  • Summarize and translate HR strategies, initiatives, and outcomes into clear, concise, and engaging communication formats.
  • Prepare and maintain HR-related content for internal platforms , in particular CoLab , ensuring information is up‑to‑date, easy to understand, and aligned with Lonza messaging, including review and approval by Group Internal Communications.
